Don’t forget about this town!
The Milk bottles are smashed up
They are all over the pavements
The postman steals the rent cheques
But leaves you with the statements
And all around town, more shops are closing down every weekend
And I’m staying on the bus with you
Cos there’s nothing else we can do!
