I Don't Know

Well I lost my keys, lost my comb
Lost track of all my friends now I’m on my own
My hairs a mess, under duress
Need some help if I could confess
Lost my mind one too many times
Put the wrong foot forward from the get go
Lost my way, I lost my hope
And I lost my patience long ago
I don’t know how I got here and if I’ll ever get home
Lost my money, lost my shirt
I lost oo much time chasing skirts
May have lost my grip reworded my pledge
May have lost some face but not my edge
I’m standing here beside myself
On my one way street on the very top shelf
Raise my chin over this whole town
I just don’t know how to get down
I don’t know how I got here and if I’ll ever get home
